install Mac OS Leopard 10.5 from another Mac's install/restore Dvds

I have a macbook pro 2.33 and 2 Gb ram with OS 10.4.*. I have recently purchased a macbook 13.3" which came with Leopard preinstalled.

Is there any way to install Leopard on my macbook pro using macbook's install/restore discs ?

No, and it is against the T&C's of your OS license to do so.
 
it may be possible. i did it with an ibook copy of 10.3. you have to edit the install to bypass the machine check, then re burn the dvd.

if you can still do it this way, it'll be a right ball-ache and, to be frank, i wouldn't bother.

google it for help though if you're dead set, though it's a long way to fall when you stand on the shoulders of giants 🙂
