In the keynote Steve Jobs shows on the big screen exaclty what he is doing on his iPod touch. How? Is this only possible on a Mac? Or is it possible on Windows too?

I'm pretty sure it's a custom-modded unit to allow the video output to always be turned on.

He done that with the iPhone and his demo computers as well, im not sure how seeing how it wasent plugged in to anything, must be custom modded. Also notice how the icons on the SpringBoard appeared one by one when he tapped a empty space where icon was ment to be... pretty cool.

on the iPhone demo, there was a wire coming out of it...so it was connected via wire...
