When I use Microsoft Word or Entourage Mail on my iMac, often I get duplicate characters like 'i', 'h', 't' etc. Apple had me test a number of things software as well as hardware to find what was wrong. Have re-installed Office for Mac, they even sent me a brand new keyboard (suspecting sticky keys). The problem continues, it is annoying and takes lot longer to clean up these duplicate characters. Any one had this problem? Please help.
