iPod the *new* iPod nano i am having problems with - artwork not showing up on cover flow

please help
for my beatles album, the artworks showing up on one song. i got one of my albums to work, but other than that, the only artwork showing up is the sample music from my windows vista program that came with the computer please help!!
Also, i am young, so please use small words with me
not too smart

nvm i found a solution thanks to bern(member who replied on diff post) woot
