iPod Getting music off my iPod and into my iTunes library

Well I just deleted the backup of some songs off my computer. They wont play in iTunes, nor do I have any other copy of them on my computer. But I still have the songs on my iPod (new iPod Nano)

So how can I get the songs off my iPod and back into my Libray?
 
what do you use in windows? 😕
senuti is good protection to have, but much more useful in windows 😛
 
If you download tinkertool and selct the option to show hidden files you can get direct access to the music folder on the ipod and copy it off as a backup. I find this useful for getting playlists backed up as I have had trouble with programs like senuti and playlists - haven't tried the new version though so might be ok.
