Install Apps From My Computer To iPhone

I used the jailbreakme.com method of unlocking the iphone for 3rd party apps. Im using 1.1.1. Before i upgrading my iPhone i used iBrickr. It was easy to install apps from my computer to iPhone but with me using jailbreakme.com method through the internet i don;t know what to do. How do i add 3rd party apps that i download off the internet to my iPhone?

You can run Installer.app on your iPhone and download apps through there, or add apps to your iPhone from your computer with SSH or SFTP (if you've installed them).
