iPod touch Apps for iPod Touch?

I'm sure this has been discussed, but can the Touch use iChat (because that would be hot) or Grapher?
I'm an Applied Math minor and it'd be really cool to whip out my iPod touch in class when other shmucks are using their TI-89s.
That would just be amazing to have one in that case.
