Raising a fault in iTunes

Hi All,

I bought an iPhone Friday, it has one dead pixel. Went back to the CPW retailer and asked for a swap, which they will do once I raise a ticket within iTunes.

I got home and am now wondering exactly how to do this.... any ideas?

Handling support tickets through iTunes is news to me.

Contact AppleCare and have them open the ticket.
