Help with some itunes problem

hey,

Whenever I open up itunes this box comes up saying to download this update, I was doing a bunch of stuff a month a with trying to get a album art fetching apps, but now I can't get it to go away, i don't even know what the app name is. And then when I go to the website to download it I come up with this page in like dutch that says download not available.😕

Any help on how to get rid of it would be great. Thanks
