why isnt my avatar changing

i changed it about 2-3 days ago and its still the same...it shows the new picture in the avatar control pannel, i just changed it again using a gif insted of a jpg we'll see if that helps...but im open to suggestions

The forums have just moved onto a new server. Avatar changes might not be linked in yet. PM Dr.Q or Knox and they'll be able to tell you.

Not sure what's going on, but it does look like it's not updating. Typically the avatars next to posts update within a few hours after changing it in UserCP, but that's clearly not happening for you.

We've had a few bugs since the server move, so it's not totally surprising. I'll ask Knox about it.

I'm seeing the old one to, this i must say is very odd, I would say you should PM arn or somthing like it.

Or just accept it the way it is, probably will eventually sort out.
