I bought a 2nd hand Mac from a fellow internet user since he doesnt know how to use it and know nuts of it.

there's the admin password which i dont know of and he doesnt know. how to i bypass it? anyway to get that password ? the password hint also he doesnt know .

what should i do ?

If you are running osx and you have the install disc then you can boot from the cd and reset the password.

uh how to ? just insert cd, auto detect then ?

reboot and hold down the "C" key on start. The computer will then boot from the cd. Choose the "reset password" or whatever it is in the menu up the top. You'll figure the rest out.

It's probably a good idea to reformat the computer. That's not hard either. Just a few clicks from the same cd.
