Does Apple have Black Friday specials? I didn't think so but correct me if I'm wrong.

No combining.
But I hear that if you write a personal letter of distress and send it to Stevie J along with a petition signed by Oprah, that Apple will actually give you a free computer. Or you can move to Michigan and collect 10,000-20,000 cans.
