Can you help me in instalation Leopard on PC

When I insert MAC OS-X Leopard and my DVD ROM start booting, on screen show something like this(first image),after 1-2minute on screen show(second image) and stops.
Can you tell me what is means?And how to fix it,and normal instal OSX?

My PC configuration is:
