Damn! This weather icons doesn't want to change!

Hi guys! I'm Italian and today I installed fw 1.1.2 on my iPod touch that was 1.1.1 jailbroken before.

After I jailbreak also 1.1.2, I installed all the applications for 1.1.2 from the installer and I installed also some SummerBoard themes but I've a big problem with my weather ("meteo" in italian") icon! 🙁


I changed a lot of themes and I renamed each icon name of each theme. All icons change but my weather icon remain always the same!

What can I do? 🙁

Try deleting following 2 lines in /Applications/Weather.app/Info.plist
Then you will be happy.

<key>SBIconClass</key>
<string>SBWeatherApplicationIcon</string>
 
hey, i had my ipod set to japanese and i had the same problem!

the problem is that for any country besides the US, the temp is in C, so its actually a completely diff icon called "SBWeatherCelsius.png" stored inna diff folder in the ipod. you can find it in:
/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/SBWeatherCelsius.png

you'll need to manually replace/rename the icon you want to use.

Hey thats my theme 😀 well like I said befor send me a pm here or where you downloaded it with icons and or fixes that you would like and i will do what I can. I have updated that theme 3 times for others. but unless you pm me with a fix request I will forget
 
yes! finally an answer to this problem lol I tried asking but never got any replies but thank you I too have the same problem with vista theme I will be sorting this problem tonight when I'm home
