Im trying to determine which G4 model I have:
Ive narrowed it down to two models based on the info I know:
G4 (Mirrored Drive Doors 2003)
or
G4 (FW800)
The main difference between the two seems to be the processor. The one I have is 1Ghz. The device was purchased in Aug 2003
Can anyone tell me what I should look for to distinguish between the two.
In the system profiler it says that the Firewire speed is "up to 800mb/s" does this mean that I have a FW800 model even though o Mactracker it says that it shipped with 1.25Ghz processor? What are the key differences between the two (if any)? and how do I check, as there seems to be conflicting profiles.
