Managing a web project

Hi,

I am about to start on a new web project and wanted to break it down into phases/tasks etc.

What's the best software to keep track of these? I'm not looking for something as detailed as MS Project, but something lightweight that can capture my ideas and thoughts as well as remind me what the next task on the list is.

Omnifocus would allow you to do a pretty good job of personal productivity management (GTD). It's not as complicated as something like microsoft project.

If you needed something a bit more project plan oriented, you could look at their Omniplan.

in my opinion the best project plan software for mac is xTime Project
