Trackpad button problems... help

Hello,
I have had my macbook pro for just under a month and the trackbutton which I rarely even use, become noisy and wobbly and its like you click twice to make it work, its unstable- Im pretty irritated at the rather cheap build- like after a month, you've got to be kidding me....
Do I contact apple over the phone or go into a genius bar(very far from me)-
Im also worried hearing about nightmare repairs, can this be resolved on the spot as I dont have time to leave it for weeks at a time...

sorry about your problems. you have already mentioned your solutions....

1) call apple. you're still w/in 90 days, so its a no-pain option. They will probably refer you to a

2) Genius Bar. go get it fixed. unless you want to take the key off yourself and putz around with it (i wouldn't...), or take it to a computer shop, this is really your only option.

yeah, it'll probably take some time to fix. sorry for raining on your parade.
