boot disk image for vMac?

Does anyone have a boot disk image in Apple disk util format (.bin) for vMac, the Macintosh Plus emulator? They're avail at Apple's website, but are .sea files that I can't easily extract (catch 22).

Anyone have a disk that will boot this emu? Thanks!
