Okay, it says the rice-patty burger photo has been viewed 3 times. I have viewed it once. Does that mean you've viewed it twice? :p

Just viewed it again. I'm expecting the count to get to 4 really soon. God I'm weak. :(

i apologize for that, but was in the middle of a bit of what one would call a mental breakdown, and my ex was in one too, it wasnt a pretty sight trust me.

OK- you have one more chance then. ChipNoVaMac is in town this weekend and we're planning to go to dinner on Sunday. I was thinking La Creperie at Clark and Diversey, because his hotel's right there. You're coming. I don't care if I have to climb inside a black hole to get you. :) I want to see that cute little face in person- and then beat the s*** out of you for standing me up. :)

And next time, call or PM me if you can't do something OK? That's way less irritating. ;)

It's a term that Quagmire uses in Family Guy whenever he hears anything that refers to sex, or ambiguously refers to sex, but probably not. ;) Sorry I wasn't being clear. The post I quoted probably had a sexual innuendo in it. For example, if you go into the Buyers Advice forum and you see a thread entitled, "Is 17 inches too large?" you'll know what I mean. :p

Am I allowed to say "giggity", even if I'm a lady?

If so, GIGGITY! You should not shave for 5 days more often-- you look hot!

I like to be 100% honest :). To leave things out would be a partial lie in a way.

If I had one of those ultra small, modern cameras I might take it to clubs and shoot some pictures. But my camera is super ghetto, it's the size of 3 modern cameras :p - it certainly won't fit in my pocket. I'll get a friend to bring one of their cameras and get them to take a picure of me "in action" some time. Some might say I'm "in my element" when I club ;).

I kind of want to know what I look like when I dance :p.

Well, wearing black socks with denim shorts, it should be obvious. I mean, when I complain about the way you're dressed, you know something's wrong ;) :DActually, most of my socks are navy, but so dark nobody can tell they aren't black. In fact, maybe the sock store has been fooling me all this time by claiming some of their black socks are navy. Hmmmm...

If I drive from L.A. to Japan as planned, my socks will probably be the least of my worries.

How are you going to drive that little car all the way from L.A. to Japan?? Does it turn into Chitty-Chitty Bang-Bang?No, but if I get a really really good start going off the palisades overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Santa Monica, I might make it most of the way to Japan before I hit sea level. And I can paddle a few miles from there.

With gas prices being what they are, I'd rather not drive a bigger car across the Pacific.

sure, visually they can be appealing if done well ... but there's no way in hell i would ever want to (personally) know someone with fake breasts (exception: cancer victims) let alone be physical with them. same goes for any plastic surgery done for luxury ... though i can understand breast reduction.

how could someone ever be mentally stable if they can't even accept their own body? they well forever be wearing a body mask ... now that's just ****ing retarded. if people want change they should eat some mushrooms or drop some acid. or better yet ... those with fake boobs should drop some acid; then take a look at those fake tits ... you can't get away from them. humans are ****ing strange.

Hahaha, I was staring at the guy next to me. I've always been a dumb punk!

Let me tell you something, my friends and I already had drama even in pre-school.
Sooooo, Gracie (girl in front of me) and I totally thought christopher (guy to the right of me) was cute.
So, SHE HAD SPAGHETTIOS WITH HIM AT HIS HOUSE.
Guess who didn't!

That's right!

Hahaha, we joke about it now, but if I could remember it, I probably was mad back then.
Oh no! Oh no!

So, I get a birthday card 2 years ago from Gracie, and it says "Happy Birthday! From Christopher" and she drew spaghettios on it.

spooky! It's neat that you all still know each other. Especially neat because cello is so incredibly hot. I dunno what 'fed challenge' is... :( I guess all my years of orchestra and private lessons still amount to nothing since I haven't even heard of this.

<snip evil back stabbing story> Hahaha, we joke about it now, but if I could remember it, I probably was mad back then. That is so evil. Unfortunately Montreal is very East of me - probably a 35-hour drive or a 3 hour flight, give or take. Yeah, that's what I get for living in the second largest country on Earth... ;)

If you ever plan on making it out west though, to Vancouver for instance, that would be more do-able for me for sure. :) And I think you'd like Vancouver, or at least the surrounding areas - especially the Island. Awesome scenery, activities and ambience - it's a lot like New Zealand actually, and some aspects of it are even better in my opinion!

- J. R. R. Tolkien used it in The Fellowship of the Ring (published in 1954) to cover hobbit ages from twenty to thirty-two, too old to be teenagers but short of "coming of age" at 33.
- In popular culture around the start of the 21st century, it has been used for children just before their teens, "between" childhood and being teenagers. The word is used to evoke children in this stage of adolescence as a market for products generally associated with somewhat older role models like the Olsen twins.
- To add to the age group confusion, in some educational and parenting circles "tweenies", children in their "tweens", are in the transition between toddlerhood and regular childhood, typically in their twos.

Life is great, I have nothing to complain about. :) As for my ring, I love wearing it - we had custom designed rings made for each of us, so my ring isn't a basic cheap wedding band - it's done in the form of 3 interlocking puzzle pieces, the two outer bands being white gold, the inner band being yellow gold, all 24 carat. It's an awesome ring which I'd wear married or not! ;)

Oh, you mean that signal that intrudes into my VCR and pipes lies into the composite channel of my monitor? :p

If our only references for something are from media ... than it's not real; it's acting. :)

Enjoy the Vaca Doc Q!

and I thought I'd post a really young pic..
Just GUESS which one I am.. hahaha
(I'm not the robot, but he is writing a piece for my recital. He sits behind me in Calculus and government and he's generally cool. I've known him basically all my life. We give him crap about being a robot. :D)

The robot kicks Arse.. When I was a kid, my mom made me a robot costume for halloween. It had flashing LED's and a drop box for candy. Thanks for the memories..

OK, I'll byte..

How so, sans the middle-finger one?

I actually took the other pictures wrong as I was speed-viewing them. I realize now that they are much to the happier side of emotions than to the angry/sad, so it all makes sense now.

The middle-finger one is great, I love it. The others I just misunderstood :o

I'm horrible... if I don't take at least a mini trip (say to L.A.) or a big trip every month or so I start itching to get away...

and last time... I completely fell in love w/ London.

Honestly, at the start of my 10 days in London, I enjoyed myself but figured, "Eh, most major, international cities feel this way-- practically a foreign language w/ the accents some Londoners have." And by the time we had to go I was determined to find a way to stay. Even considered, for a brief second, breaking a bone just to delay leaving for a little bit. :o

I just imagine seeing you throwing your arm out into traffic as a bus rolls by, or jumping out of a two-story window just to further your time in London.

I would love to get to London at some point too, sadly finances seem to be ever-tightening and that is not very conducive to flying abroad :(

At least you have income... there is a slight, remote chance of you going... but for me, there is no hope. And I have no noble cause w/ which I can beg (unlike Katie who does have a noble goal). I just want to go to London and meet some MR folks, eat shepherd's pie until I gain 15+ pounds, shop and shop, and have fun and more fun and more fun. Haha, nowhere near as admirable as touring Europe w/ a group of young, talented musicians. Sigh.

No BS, my friend - you know me, Jack of All Trades (Master of None?) ;)

I played clarinet in the Symphony from when I was 12 until I was 19 actually, but then university got in the way. Actually, my choice going into university was between Music Performance and Electronics Engineering. ;) Now that I'm done with school and working though, I still play with the Symphony from time to time, when they need me.

Heh heh - no worries my friend! Yes, the meter of 5/4 (interspersed with 5/2 as well) is really neat. It shouldn't fit, but it fits! ;) Very cool piece, looking forward to playing it - not until May though... :(

Motley Crue meets The Blair Witch Project. ;) Oh, the eighties were grand weren't they? (Wait a minute...how many moons ago?)

And you're the guy on the far right. Right?

Squire

Yep, that's me. How many moons.. hmmm.. 365 x 20. Let's go with 20 years :-)

We don't really need any more of that (http://www.angryalien.com/0804/jawsbunnies.asp), do we? ;)

Oh that was hilarious! I think we need that! I think a bunch of MR members should get together sometime and do a Jaws re-enactment.

Actually, I think MR members should get together, period. A little February in Chicago thing, anyone?

Or howabout Houston.
Or... Houston.
Maybe Houston would work, too.
Look! you have three choices! Houston, Houston, or HOUSTON!
A MR meetup would be soooo fun.

Aww, that's a really cute purse. Did you really make it yourself? Teach me oh wise one...

Yeah! I made it myself. One night, when I was watching desperate housewives (on TV, not through iTunes... $1.99 is too much for me!), I cut out a bunch of "scales" and since it's felt, there was enough friction to hold them in place as I sewed them on.
I got a can of pearls (OMG CLASSY) from the fabric store and made a handle (which promptly broke, but I fixed it with some fishing line and tape.. again, I'm classy)

then, I put in a $1 zipper from walmart and BAM! Fish purse'd!

I think I'll make a more durable one. It's kind of interesting.. like a soft sculpture purse.
but fish FREAK ME OUT.
and birds
and snakes
and tadpoles (but not frogs)
and slugs and snails and crabs... and lobsters, hermit crabs, and starfish.. most sea life, actually

I'm freaked out by too much stuff. :(

Hmm... you know... I think our options should be as follows: Chicago, Chicago, Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, Minneapolis, London Wisconsin, or London, Ontario.

Or, we could have multiple get-togethers across the country in different locations for those that cant travel 1250 miles

I vote GR, MI :p, since there are so many MR members here

I could swing Chicago alright, but much else would be asking a lot. MR should go on a tour across the nation, hitting all of the cities members live in, that's my vote :D

Just as long as my favorite members are on that bus, it's ok!

OK, the bus;ll have to seat like 400 people.
