iDvd wont show the menu its just black?

i click on a theme in idvd and the menu never shows up? its just black? what do i do..thanks
 
got the same problem

well it seems to be the same thing, i open idvd and when trying to choose a the it wont show anything, it is just black with the music, and same thing with every theme, im working on mi os x vrs. 10.5.6
