does ipod touch have bluetooth ?! cuz i downloaded from installer app called services and its got bluetooth over ther and its turned off and i can turn it on.. soo what i wana know is if i can transfer files from my touch 2 a cellphone ?!?!

No! iPod touch hasn't bluetooth. Service application is only for iPhone device... ;)
