Hi all,
I was watching something in Firefox with a pop-up Quicktime movie screen that does not allow the Firefox unplug function (for downloading the movie to Hard drive), and so tried right clicking on the movie screen.

It said I had to upgrade to Quicktime movie pro to download the movie.

Is there an open source version of Quicktime or something similar that might allow a download in this circumstance? Cheers.

not that i know of but you could right click and press view source and
search for .mov and that should you all the quiktimes movies on the page.
It should look like a normal page address copy and paste it in the address
bar and click file save page as.
