iSight fades to black after 5 minutes of use?

Hey I am having a problem with the iSight camera in Photobooth (may be doing it in iChat too, havent tried) after about 5 minutes of use, it fades to a black screen. The green indicator light also fades until it is no longer on at all. This is running OS 10.5.1, Macbook Pro Santa Rosa, 2.4 ghz C2D, 2 gigs of RAM. Not sure if this issue predated 10.5.1, but it definitely works in Tiger just fine. Thanks for all help!

I've noticed that too, but after another 5 minutes, black again. Now, I think I've narrowed it down to either those third party effects or to it only happening on Backdrop effects. If I have it set to normal, it appears to never fade out. More testing...
