Creating A Flash Need Some Help

I am not sure if this is the right place to put it but here goes. I am creating a flash and i need a few things to make it fancy! Its a naruto/dragon ball z flash so I need some voice sounds of the special moves. Like goku saying ka-me-ha-me-ha or naruto saying rasengan or kagebunshin. I also need super buu voice sounds.

I can find very few maybe even none for dbz and for naruto none. There isn't a way that I can rip it (DBZ) from like the dvds if i own them? like the voices?

I suppose you could play the DVD's, set your audio recording source to the output of the speakers instead of the microphone and record the sound that way. I've never tried it on a MAC though so Im not sure how to do it.

oh great idea ima try that hope it works! also i need a certain sound from naruto, i need the sound of his clones multiplying.
anyone can get me it??
