15" MBP - question about video card, HDD, and proc speed

Will the standard video card work and run a 30" ACD in the top resolution?

What speed difference is there between the 2.4ghz and the 2.6 ghz proc?

What speed difference will there be from the 250gb 5400 rpm drive and the 200gb 7200rpm drive?

Apple's site can tell you this

.2Ghz

1,800RPM difference.

For a MBP, you just have to make sure that the video card that supports a "dual-link DVI" to drive a 30" screen.

Yes.

Negligible. Seconds off of video encodes or another frame per seconds, perhaps, but you'd really never be able to tell outside of straight benchmarks.

Noticeable for random file access (system boot, fragmented filesystems). I'd go with the smaller, faster drive any day.

As far as the hard drive is concerned, a faster hard drive will reduce your battery life noticeably. I would go with the bigger slower one, personally, because the +- 1s recall times are not as big a deal as having extra storage (which you'll come to value) and better battery life. Unless you are in photoshop doing a lot of editing, where hard drive speeds make a big difference, i'd go with the 250gb.
