My Mac is being assigned its usuall IP address, but I can't connect to any websites. Mail won't work either. I'm typing this from VirtualPC, which does have an internet connection on my Mac. I have VirtualPC using "Virtual Switch", which means the Windows 2000 I'm using on my Mac is being assigned its own IP address through my router. So from this I can deduce the DSL modem is working as is the wiring. I'm pretty baffled by this. Also, all the other computers on my home network, both Macs and PC's are working fine. I've repaired permissions, restarted several times, nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
