iPod Where is my cover art?

I am copying all my store purchased cds into iTunes. The cover art is not displaying after the download is finished. What am I doing wrong? Thanks MC
 
Also, if you can't find certain album artwork because of various reasons (cough limewire) you can use the handy Amazon Album Artwork widget.
