I had several folders highlighted and wanted to find out what the total file size was for a backup. I got the info thinking that it would work like windows and give me a summary of the folders that I had selected in one "properties" window. Instead, over 300 individual info windows popped up from my iTunes directory.

Do I have to close each window individually when this happens or is there a shortcut? Thought I'd be smart and just reboot but that didn't work.

Also, how do I get the total file size when I have multiple windows selected?

I don't know how to get rid of them all without closing each one individually, but to get info on multiple items, select them and press option+command+i
