what is the easiest way to downgrade a iPhone from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1

I haven't hacked my iPhone for awhile and I've been out of the hacking loop, I'm planning on installing installer and I need to downgrade to install it.

Can anyone help?
 
problem is that I don't want to downgrade iTunes.

Is there a ways to hack a iPhone on 1.1.2 without downgrading iTunes?
