Jailbreak.jar Help Please!

So i messed up trying to update and jailbreak 1.1.2 so I need to downgrade. I am using the dev teams method and zip file they provided. I began downgrading and it finished with the error 1015 which is supposed to happen. I opened jailbreak.jar and booted from recovery, but the progress bar does not move i left it on all night. Can someone tell me what i've missed? thanks so much.

you need to kick the iPhone onto the activation screen if you downgraded to 1.1.1 or 1.0.2.

You only use the jailbreak.jar in 1.1.2!

You need ibrickr to boot the phone in windows or independence on mac.
