Stream Youtube in iTunes to get Airtunes?

Is it possible in any way to watch youtube links in iTunes? Like an "open location"-function where you just enter the URL? I have Airport Express and would like to get the audio content played in my stereo.

Plus it would be neat to have a "playlist" with your youtube faves.
