However, it is listed under the Apple campaigns/promos tab, it is showcased on their front page of the Turkey site as well, why would they advertise another companies offerings?

Not sure what the
market share is in Turkey, but I would assume it's not much. Ship new iMacs with Boot Camp and Windows installed, people buy the computer since they are used to Windows (and still have lots of Win apps) but get gradually weaned over to the Mac side. Makes sense to me.

It's not Apple themselves, but the IMC is Apple's exclusive official representative in that country. It's not just a random third-party dealer doing this. It's as official as Apple gets in Turkey.
