16GB iPod Touched Jailbreaked (But can reset)
in DLO Case

used for about 2 months...no dents, about 5-6? small scratches on the outside, light wear, no longer then a quarter inch.

Looking to get as closed to $400 as I can,

Ships with new apple headphones and everything as if bought new plus the case.

A couple of things:

1. Yes, it still can receive Apple Care, you have one year (when your complimentary warranty runs out)

2. Please PM me, but if that's the case, because the 1 current bid is from livingfortoday (who is a very active forum user) I would give them a chance to counter or any other forum user that bids on it (if you bid on eBay and post or pm, but your eBay account is of a different name, please tell me)

I would say $350 shipped would be reasonable considering the current eBay prices for unlocked ones without headphones (which I could easily get $20 here for, since they are new). The eBay fees aren't that much and I already have payed to list the item at this point. If you have any other questions you can PM me.

I'd say it is. You can get one brand new for $368, and yours doesn't have headphones (-$20) and its used (-$30, a very reasonable amount) and we're down to $318.

Let me clarify: Mine will come with everything in new plastic casing, except the actual iPod. That means headphones brand new....

So $368-$30= $338 + $5 case (was $20) = $343... $350 shipped seems fair...

I am interested in this. I have been looking around and Amazon has them new for $368.

When you finally realize that you won't get close to retail for your iPod touch, I will buy it off of you for $300. It is about 3 months old with scratches
