macOS Sheet Windows

Hi,

Can anyone explain to me (I'm a beginner with Cocoa) how to add a sheet window to my app.

I want a sheet window to appear when the user clicks on an 'add' button and then I want to close the sheet window when the user clicks on a 'done' button on the sheet.

Any and all help is appreciated
