how to password protect my wireless network?

i have leopard, and i notice people leeching off my wireless, cause they are showing up in my network, how do i go about password protecting it so that they can not leech off me?
 
Starting with a password would be something 😎😛
Just go to the router settings and enable password protection

uh , where is that? im looking through out my system prefs and see nothing about my wireless router.
