Wanting to start a Legit Diablo II Expansion Group

I been reading around these forums and I found a topic on 'cached' that people stated they quit D2 because of the number of hackers, Well then I would like to start a group of legit players wanting to play again. I have an idea on how we can play with no hackers, I haven't tested out how well the TCP/IP settings work on a Intel Mac, but that could be a way that we can play a 100% legit D2, if this works it only comes down to you, are you honest enough to play with no hacks, and of course modifying your character via Hero Editor is not allowed...

I would play. If it works of course...

In fact I'm going to install d2 tomorrow.

Would we start from scratch or use existing characters?

Yea you can start from scratch. I don't know if we should rush though, since that is one of the reasons a lot of players don't play diablo 2 anymore. but definetly no hacks. I just installed Diablo II Expansion on my iMac w/ Leopard ( Intel Mac ). TCP/IP should work fine.

Luckily I have all the necessary goods already. I just need to install, my IP isn't static will it matter? We'll try it some time.
