I have this card also posted on The Mac Elite (http://themacelite.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=680). Major thanks to the people there who made flashing cards to work in a Mac even possible.
I finally got my 7800 GS (haven't tested it just yet, I Just flashed it) and I'm pretty sure (99.9%) that it'll work, so I'm going to post my 6800 GT up on here and get it sold (need the money for holiday gifts).
This is a flashed BFG 6800 GT OC card. I have personally modified the ROM to up the core speed to 370mhz. RAM clock remains at 500mhz. My efforts on this were posted in the nVidia forum if you want to tweak this card further.
This card also has a Zalman heatsink/fan and ramsinks. Runs from 58 to 62 degrees Celsius in my PM G5 running Leopard (it uses the card much more, so its only natural that its hotter).
EDIT: Card comes with molex splitter and a special molex cable I ordered so I could provide power to the fan (You can see it at this link: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=82&products_id=198)
