mp4box is a windows only, command line program. so you need to be on windows and know how to work a command line. the only gui i know for it is yamb, which is a windows only program as well.
Mp4box is also available as mac binary and you can download it here.
Of course it isn't a recent build and you have to use it through terminal, but it's the only mac compatible program that i know of that allows you to take a video track and an audio track and multiplex them in a mp4 container.
I found it useful to convert .mkv HD videos into .mp4 files without re-encoding them. Therefore allowing playback on my xbox 360 without losing quality.
