iPod touch Help! (Dust/scractes/dead pixles/uneven BL)

I have dust under the glass, scratches on the glass, dead pixles and the backlighting is uneven! Should i call Apple care? It bugs me but don't know if it's to much of a hassle. Is it pretty easy to send in and stuff?

Totally unacceptable. Take it to an Apple store if you can. Calling might be hassle, but usually if you are firm, they'll ship you a replacement.

Sending it in is no problem - stuffing it may take a little more time. 😕
