Looks like the Coalition inserted Regime does only allow its own propaganda anymore :

I dont think its a smart thing to do. Its not like the average Iraqi sees blown up Soldiers in the TV and thinks "Hey, great idea, lets do that next Saturday!".

Watch that spin. You left out "barred from covering Iraq's Governing Council for the next two weeks."

It's not like they's been kicked out of the country, or permanently.

No, but the sanctions, from a Western perspective, seem pretty bad...

Media regulations issued by the council include bans on:

• Inciting violence against groups, officials and individuals

• Promoting the return of the deposed Baath Party or issuing statements calling for Baathist representation

• Spreading sectarian, racial and religious sedition and strife

Maybe its just during the "sensitive" rebuilding phase of Iraq, but if this is any indication of how post "Operation Iraqi Freedom" Iraq will look, its a bad sign.
