Despite what the current state of play is, I thought it noteworthy that a national paper were giving the iMac bad press today.

Would have been more timely a month ago. It does capture some of the frustrations, however.

Perhaps Sun Baked completely missed the point that Mac users are not supposed to know what newfangled terms like 'firmware' mean.
Firmware? What is it? Is it something that makes the Flabbyware sold by Apple work?
