What kind of keyboard? on a portable or the old see through plastic keyboard? I had an issue with the plastic KB a while back, the fix was re install the spring under the key. The spring is a u shaped bar that clips in to the slots on the under side of the key. Hope this helps.

Have you tried unplugging and replugging the keyboard? (I'm assuming it's an external.)

Try rebooting as well.

My first new AL apple keyboard did not hit all the letters... so got a new one.
