They do things a little differently than the place I used to work.
1. We didn't scream that much.
2. The emulsion doesn't need to be kept in the fridge. Especially if you go through as much of it as we did--low volume shops might want to store in the fridge. Someplace cool, but doesn't need to be frigid.
3. Many shops use a vacuum and black cloth attached to a frame, like a clamshell, with one side black fabric and one side glass, instead of black cloth and wood...
4. we used targets on the screen, and you push a little ink through them, and put your guides on top of those, then cover the targets with tape, to line up the material. (in this case, no fold poly) They do this in an awkward way....
5. for cleaning the burning the screen, we use a pressure washer. Looks like they just use water....pressure washer makes it easier

6. They are using a manual press, we used automatic presses. There are still manual presses around in many shops. We also used larger screens. We would have printed two of the image side by side and cut the pieces in half, saves time.
7. They don't buy much material....they had maybe one or two hundred sheets of poly in that box. We ordered it on pallets, two stacks about three feet high.
And we usually had two or three pallets sitting around.
