Sure Apple can sue them.. But I'm almost positive these things are pieces of cheap plastic, nowhere close to a real iPod. I would love to see how quickly someone could break one of these.
Just as quickly as you can break a regular ipod.
Or not, considering the quality of the iPod. I've been through 4 other MP3 players in the past 5 years. None of my 5 iPods have broken or even so much caughed at me.
