Would anyone recommend this products by Rage?

Rage Google Sitemap Automator (http://www.ragesw.com/products/googlesitemap.html)

I need a quick and simple way to make a sitemap for my clients, and then submit it, so that is why I looked into the Sitemap Automator. Do you know of anything else that would do this?

Don't say code it yourself, because often I work on a site with 50+ pages, and it is a pain going through the long process. Also, I can't use Python scripts, so don't say Google's Sitemap Generator.

Seems a bit expensive for a simple thing. I used Google's Python script to create a first draft sitemap for my site. I still went through and adjusted each page's priority and frequency and also deleted some files that it wanted to list. This program doesn't seem like it would speed up that process. Now I just edit the file manually as I add a page or delete one.

Hmmm... is the site online yet? If so you can use XML Sitemaps(free) (http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/index.php). There are some free online things like this that just go through, poke and prod, etc. Take a look at it. It is what I use...

Thank you everyone for your feedback. Rhyndu, thank you for giving me that link. I bought the paid version of it because my site has more than 500 pages, and it has a better feature set than Rage does. Thanks again!

I found this forum because I was searching for answers to my problems with this program. This P: is not dependable I have a php mysql real estate site with over 5,000 pages. Due to current economics. the data changes daily ie. price reductions, new listings etc. so I need to generate a new sitemap daily. The program frequently does not complete the scan nor does it generate a SITEMAP with every use...after waiting an hour or more to complete the scan.
I am looking remedies for this program or a different solution for generating sitemaps. Bottom line when it works it's a good P: but it's simply not dependable.

This program is a waste of $30. IT SUCKS! A true hustle don't fall for it!

Wow alot of my posts have been revived lately!

Anyways, I ended up using XML Sitemap generator (linked above) and have had no problems yet.

I did end up buying RAGE Domainer (not sitemap automator) a few weeks ago in a MU Promo. Its a nice little program that has come in handy, but its not worth its full price, however it was completely worth the discounted price ($20 I think...).
