this is doing my head in. I go to view my bill, recent changes and inclusive allowance but it comes up wrong. It say usually says 200 mins and texts and then how many u left but now I can't find it???
surely there must be an easier way!!!

it is a fuss to find, if you go to remaining mintues, it comes up with your monthly allowance. Then on the left blue menu bar there is another link to click to find out how much youve currently used. I hate the O2 website, and they way to find out your remaining usage.

finally figured it out(duh) it was the one day bill I was on. Very confusing!!!!!

Mine seas ''36 Bill, this will be taken from your account on the 24th November''. My minutes are also still on the 1 day bill.

I just checked my itemised calls. The most recent one recorded is 22nd November! Only 10 days out of date then. Totally useless!

On T-Mobile you can dial 150 and get an up to date allowance.

Why can't O2 manage this?

On 02 pay and go you can check your remaining bolt on and money balance by dialing 4444

You asked for it, so here goes:

1. Log in
2. Click on 'View my bill'.
3. Click on 'Recent Charges'.
4. Click on 'Recent Charges' (yes, again).
5. Click on 'What I've used'.
6. Click on the words 'Voice Calls'.

Tortuous isn't it. :)

my calls are up to the 30th nov and my texts are up to yesterday.
and up till 29th nov i have spent 10 and a half hours on edge and gprs(mostly edge)
just wish you didn't need a degree to find out.

I take back my criticism about the records being out of date. I'd forgotten about the significance of porting my number, and the records I was looking at related to my temporary number that stopped being operational on the 22nd of November.

Found out how to look at the records for my ported number, and they extend to the 1st of December. :)

That's more like it!
