System Pref. Application is gone!

Okay so somehow my System Preferences application is gone.
Its not in the applications folder, its not in the Apple Icon menu, and I cant search it in spotlight.


I have a macbookpro 17 inch and I have the new operating system Leopard.
 
You can always get it off the install disks or if you have a back up off there. Or if you really want you could PM with your email address and i will give you instructions on how to install it
