and ThinkFree does sound pretty good! Just another way to dump Microsoft!

i actually do fine with appleworks even though it is much smaller than microsoft's offering for macs

Thinkfree office is fine but it is called alternative for a reason. Lets be realistic here, there is nothing out there that comes close to M$ office. Not promoting M$ just admitting that M$ does make a good office suite.
