This reminds me a bit of the pie incident in the UK while ago. Apparently all the bakeries etc now sell warm pies rather than hot ones after one of them got sued for burning someone's mouth. Crazy if you ask me :eek:

It's too bad the trouble that they are having with the Segway, hope that they have a quick fix. I'm sure that they don't need the bad publicity. In the Boston Globe the pictures to go along with the story were quit interesting. They showed President Bush, 43 at Kenneybunkport, ME, with the incident of falling off the Segway! :p
