wow i just found a very old video of my 3g 30gb iPod. it got a failed hard drive from a brutal life of being in my car and working in construction. it even dropped a few times from 20 feet onto concrete and still worked for at least a year. so i cracked it apart and took the cover off the hard drive to watch it work.
